Acharya Chanakya (also known as Kautilya or Vishnugupta), who lived in the 3rd century BC, was a leadership guru par excellence. His ideas on identifying leaders and grooming them to run a country is very well documented in his book Arthashastra.
His ideas on leadership, trainings, management, finance, Strategy, responsibility, power etc. holds true till today. We can easily relate his ideas with today's corporate world.
